Loretta Lynn Joins Lilith Fair 2010

Chicago, IL- Great news for dedicated fans of traditional country music icon Loretta Lynn!! The ever so sweet and beloved music pioneer is making waves in 2010 as she is scheduled to perform at selected dates for the resurgence of the Lilith Fair this upcoming summer.

 

Founded by world superstar Sarah McLachlan in 1997, this announcement marks the highly anticipated return of the tour; the last time it was held was the summer of 1999. What a treat it will be to witness Country Music’s reigning Queen onstage during this jam-packed tour. We hope to bring all of our readers a show review if the powers that be allow us to do so.

Please Pray for Donna Stroup

Hello to all our friends and readers. Please take a moment to say a prayer or bring a thought to your mind for our associate writer/assistant Donna Stroup. She has been in the hospital for the past few weeks due to serious health ailments.

Donna has been a huge part of the success here at CSC and I am eternally grateful for her kindness, honesty, support and hardworking efforts to assist all of us in making the website what it has become today. She is very important to us and we value her talent greatly.

 

It means a great deal to all of us at CSC to hear from you with your honest concern and heartfelt prayers. Please forgive me if there aren’t many updates on the site for the rest of this month. My first priority is seeing that she regains her strength and a successful road to recovery. We look forward to bringing you many great interviews and show reviews in 2010!!
